บทคัดย่อ(ไทย)	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการวางแผน ด้านการดำเนินงาน และด้านการติดตามผลประเมินผล ของสถานประกอบการในการจัดการอาชีว ศึกษาของสถานศึกษากลุ่มภาคกลาง สังกัดกองวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา กรมอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 80 คน จากสถาน ประกอบการ 98 แห่ง ผู้บริหารกรมอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 6 คน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 13 คน หัวหน้างานอาชีวศึกษาระบบวิภาคี จำนวน 13 คน และหัวหน้าแผนกวิชาที่ จัดอาชีวศึกษาระบบ ทวิภาคี จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับ การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาในด้านการวางแผน ด้านการดำเนินงาน และด้าน การติดตามประเมินผล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ(%) และการ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลวิจัยพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน พบว่า สถานประกอบการควรมีส่วนร่วมวางแผนข้อมูล การผลิตนักเรียน นักศึกษา สาขาวิชาชีพต่างๆ ทั้งด้านปริมาณและคุณภาพ สนับสนุน ให้บุคลากรได้รับการศึกษาหรือฝึกอบรมด้านวิชาชีพเพิ่มเติม ตลอดจนให้ความร่วมมือ ในการกำหนดเกณฑ์มาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน การฝึกงาน การวิจัย และการใช้ทรัพยากรร่วม กันในการจัดการเรียนการสอน การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน พบว่า สถานประกอบการควรมีส่วนร่วมในการ พัฒนาหลักสูตร กำหนดมาตรฐานวิชาชีพของหลักสูตร และประเมินหลักสูตร มีส่วนร่วม จัดการเรียนการสอนโดยการสนับสนุนบุคลากรเป็นวิทยากรหรืออาจารย์พิเศษ รวมถึง สื่ออุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนที่ทันสมัย และมีส่วนร่วมประกันคุณภาพโดยการควบคุม คุณภาพ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ และการประเมินคุณภาพ การมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามประเมินผล พบว่า สถานประกอบการควรมีส่วนร่วมใน การจัดทำเกณฑ์ การประเมินผลผู้เรียนด้านความรู้ ทักษะ เจตคติต่ออาชีพ และทดสอบ ฝีมือด้านทักษะของผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษา ปัญหาในการมีส่วนร่วม พบว่า สถานประกอบการไม่ให้ความสำคัญเพราะถือเป็น ภาระเพิ่มและขาดแรงจูงใจในการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา และขาดการประสาน ระหว่างสถานประกอบการและสถานศึกษาส่วนข้อเสนอแนะในการมีส่วนร่วม พบว่า ควรมี การเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจและควรประสานงานระหว่างสถานประกอบการและสถานศึกษา รัฐควรมีกฎหมายให้สถานประกอบการเป็นแหล่งฝึกประสบการณ์ และควรมีการลดหย่อน ภาษีให้
บทคัดย่อ(English)	The purpose of this study was to investigate the participations of enterprises in planning, manipulating and following up in vocational education management of Metropolitan Vocational College Groups under the Jurisdiction of the Department of Vocational Education (DOVE). Samples of the research were eighty executives from ninety-eight enterprises, six DOVEs administraters, thirteen college directors, and thirteen heads of Dual Vocational Education work unit and ten heads of subject division providing DVT. Research instruments consisted of a set of questionnaire and an interviewing form asking the state of participation in planning, manipulating and following up in vocational education management. The statistics used were frequency, percentage and content analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: For the participation in planning, it was found that enterprises should firstly, participate in affording information of work forces needed in various fields of careers in both quantity and quality. Secondly, they should prepare courses for their personnel to life-long vocational education and training. Thirdly, they should cooperate in setting the standard norm of vocational skills and quality, vocational training, research and sharing the instructional materials and resources. For the participation in manipulating, it was found that enterprises should participate in developing curriculum, setting curriculum of occupational standards and also assessing the curriculum. Moreover, they should participate in instruction and training management by providing and supporting with qualified personnel for colleges as special teachers or trainers including supporting instructional media and teaching aids. Besides, they should participate in quality assurance, quality control, quality testing and evaluation. For the participation in following up and evaluation of the working skills of graduate students, it was found that enterprises should participate in setting assessment criteria for learners and graduates in the three aspects included cognitive, affective and psychomotor in professional occupations. Regarding to the problems in participation, it was found that not only the enterprises had less attention toward participations but also perceived that they were given with more works. Particularly, they were lack of motivation to participate in vocational education management. Most important of all there were no intensively cooperation between the enterprises and vocational institutions. In order to develop continuously participations between the two organizations, it was suggested that cooperations and understandings should be promoted. Both private and semi-governmental enterprises should be mandated and to be used as vocational experience training with tax discount.
